This page is dedicated to ways of keeping connected during this isolating time. We will update this page frequently as we are able to add new resources and tools. This page will include resources for children’s ministry, family activities, an online social forum, and more. May this time allow us to nurture our spirituality and develop new holy habits that keep us connected to God and one another.

Mindful Vinyasa Flow – Vinyasa yoga can be described as moving with your breath. During this low to medium energy class we will practice a breath-centered, mindful flow that can facilitate a connection with our strengths of balance, power, and flexibility. We will use spiritually inspired contemplation to facilitate a connection to the Divine flowing in each of us, making a welcoming place within our hearts to be led and transformed by the Spirit.
Join this joyful, virtual community as we focus on flowing from pose to pose in standing, seated, and lying down positions. People who are new to yoga and those with a regular practice are welcome.

Props: Yoga mat or towel and several books or a small package (think yoga block – 4 inches)

In service to our community, St. Paul’s Local & World Missions Team recently made COVID-19 grants-in-aid to several local front-line agencies working for food security and immigrant wellbeing:  Ithaca Kitchen Cupboard (food pantry), St.John’s Community Services (homeless services), Foodnet (meal delivery), Cornell Farmworkers Program (migrant worker needs), Tompkins County Immigrant Rights Coalition (essential support for COVID-released detainees), Open Doors English (support for online ESL classes).
Some of these agencies could also use volunteer help this season. Click HERE to see a list of ways you can help by volunteering your time, washing machines, sewing machines, and more!
