For the four Sundays from August 15 to September 5, our worship focus will be on a few of the Psalms of Joy. Expressing appreciation to the God of our creation and provision, we will explore Praise, Joy, Gratitude, and Glory.

August 15: Psalm 111 – “Praise the Lord!  I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart, in the company of the upright, in the congregation.”

August 22: Psalm 84 – “How lovely is your dwelling place, O Lord of hosts! My soul longs, indeed it faints for the courts of the Lord; my heart and my flesh sing for joy to the living God.”

August 29: Psalm 126 – “The Lord has done great things for us, and we rejoiced.”

September 5: Psalm 19 – “The heavens are telling the glory of God; and the firmament proclaims God’s handiwork.”
